1. Who we are

2. What the service is

SafeCorridor is an information service. It shows security incidents we have recorded, route and area risk ratings and summaries based on those records, alerts, reports, and related planning tools.

It is not an escort, guard, emergency or rescue service, and it does not give personal security, legal or medical advice. It does not replace your own judgement or the advice of a qualified professional.

3. Accuracy and how to use the information

Ratings and summaries are based only on incidents we have recorded from public-source reporting. Some incidents are never reported, reports can be late or wrong, and coverage differs between areas and over time.

A Low rating, or the absence of recorded incidents, does not mean a road or area is safe. You must check current conditions and the latest alerts yourself before you travel, and you decide whether and how to travel.

We work to keep the service accurate and up to date, but we give no promise that it is complete, current or free of errors.

4. Your account

You must give correct information when you sign up and keep your login details private.

• One account is for one person. The Team plan covers the number of people stated on the plan, each with their own login.
• Do not share your login or let others use your account.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

5. Plans and payment

You pay by bank transfer to the account shown on the Subscribe page. After you pay, you tell us through the form on that page. Your access starts when we confirm the payment, and lasts for the period of the plan you chose.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When a period ends your access ends, and you may pay again to continue.

Prices and plans may change. A change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

Payments for a period that has already started are not refunded, except where the service was unavailable to you for a significant part of that period. Contact us if you think this applies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, republish or share our reports, ratings, summaries or downloads outside your own organisation without our written permission;
• use automated tools to collect data from the service;
• try to get around access controls or use the service in a way that harms it or other users;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Our content

The service, its design, ratings, summaries and reports belong to Penny Track Enterprises or its suppliers. We give you a limited, personal licence to use them for your own or your organisation's internal purposes while your subscription is active. Reports and downloads may be used within your organisation but not published or sold.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but it may be unavailable from time to time, for example for maintenance or because of problems with our suppliers or networks. We may change or remove features.

9. Our responsibility to you

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and we are not responsible for loss, injury, damage or cost that results from your use of or reliance on the information in it, including decisions about travel.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or business.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue after your access ends, such as those on our content and our responsibility, will continue.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest update at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have authority over any dispute.
